Old Oak Common
Old Oak Common, an area in West London between Harlesden and East Acton, together with neighbouring Park Royal is intended to become the UK's largest regeneration scheme. This exciting project, the scale of which has led to Park Royal and Old Oak Common being described as a potential "Canary Wharf of West London".
Working together with the OPDC, the Albany Group submitted and received planning permission in August 2017 for 200 PRS residential units.
We envisage this to be a major development benefitting from the recent plans for a HS2 station and Elizabeth Line links at Old Oak Common.
